Cancellation Policy

At Southern Funatics, we are committed to bringing safe, fun, and unforgettable foam experiences to your events! To ensure smooth planning and delivery, please review our booking policy below: 1. Booking Requirements ‣A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure your date and time. ‣ Full payment is due no later than 48 hours before your scheduled event. ‣Bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. 2. Rescheduling & Cancellations ‣You may reschedule once (at no charge) with at least 72 hours' notice. ‣Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable. ‣If weather conditions are unsafe (thunderstorms, lightning), we will work with you to reschedule within 30 days. 3. Event Requirements ‣Access to a standard water hose connection and electrical outlet within 100 feet of the setup area is required. ‣A flat, open space (grass, concrete, or asphalt) free from obstacles is needed for foam setup. ‣Foam parties are best for children ages 2+ and supervision is required at all times. 4. Travel Fees ‣We offer free travel within 30 miles of Graniteville, SC. ‣A small mileage fee applies for locations outside this radius and will be calculated at booking. 5. Liability & Safety ‣Southern Funatics is fully insured. ‣Our foam is hypoallergenic, non-toxic, dye-free, and biodegradable. ‣We are not liable for any injuries due to failure to follow safety guidelines. 6. Setup & Breakdown ‣We arrive 30–45 minutes prior to your event for setup. ‣Our team will handle all equipment setup and breakdown. ‣Please ensure the event space is clear and accessible upon arrival.
